A leading global cloud services provider is seeking a Senior Partner Development Specialist to accelerate the adoption of Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions across North America. Summary
The Senior Partner Development Specialist (PDS) will focus on growing the Generative AI and Machine Learning business through consulting, technology, and distribution partners. This role requires strategic thinking, business development expertise, and deep technical knowledge to enable partners to create impactful solutions for customers while driving revenue and market adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies to grow Generative AI & Machine Learning business through partners in North America
  • Support partners across practice development, solution/offering development, enablement, and AWS program utilization
  • Drive partner revenue through pipeline management, opportunity registration, and business reviews to exceed annual targets
  • Engage with partner management, field sales, solution architects, and end customers to identify and capture revenue opportunities
  • Serve as an AI & Machine Learning subject matter expert, advocating for partner capabilities internally and externally
  • Achieve sales, business development, or alliance management goals against annual growth targets for technical products
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans across solution architecture, product management, partner management, and account management teams
  • Define business goals and create GTM plans that exceed objectives

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in partner development, alliance management, or business development in technology sectors
  • Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and cloud technologies
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work across teams to align GTM strategies with business goals
  • Experience in driving revenue and adoption through technology partnerships
