Summary
The Principal Agentic AI Strategist will reimagine consulting services by leveraging AI solutions to address complex business challenges. This role involves designing AI strategies, developing innovative frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that enhance customer outcomes and drive transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate strategic discussions translating customer business challenges into AI-powered solutions
  • Design and implement comprehensive AI implementation strategies across diverse organizational contexts
  • Develop innovative frameworks that redefine consulting delivery through AI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive, integrated AI approaches
  • Generate thought leadership documentation and strategic communications
  • Bridge technical possibilities with strategic business outcomes
  • Mentor and guide teams in implementing agentic AI solutions
  • Travel periodically for international client engagements

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture and solution implementation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field
  • Experience managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects
  • Knowledge of IT compliance and risk management (e.g., security, privacy, SOX, HIPAA)
  • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies
  • 3+ years of experience with Generative AI and scaling its value for organizations
  • 1+ year experience in Agentic AI adoption and implementation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in technology or AWS Professional level certification
  • Knowledge of AWS services, including compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies
  • Experience managing executive customer relationships and key stakeholders
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
  • Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or custom applications
  • Skills in performance optimization and cost management for cloud environments
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in pre-sales environments
