Company Overview

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize an agentic AI analyst focused on helping users interact with and analyze company data.
  • Tune agent behavior and improve the quality, reliability, and effectiveness of AI-driven workflows.
  • Measure agent performance and develop capabilities that expand what the AI analyst can accomplish.
  • Work across the technology stack to solve customer and product problems.
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers and independently prioritize and solve technical challenges.
  • Ship software quickly and iteratively while maintaining high standards for performance, reliability, and quality.
  • Work effectively with AI and coding agents while applying sound engineering judgment about when to rely on them and when to use alternative approaches.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving AI systems and product capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical and communication skills.
  • 3–10+ years of experience building production software.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to balance business and product objectives with development velocity and engineering excellence.
  • Hands-on experience shipping Large Language Model (LLM) systems in production.
  • Experience with one or more areas of LLM and agentic AI development, including agent harnesses, context management, retrieval, evaluation, or post-training.
  • Experience performing data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other engineers and cross-functional teams.
