The organization is seeking an AI Engineer to build and deploy advanced AI solutions that help enterprises leverage large language models and intelligent agents. The role will directly contribute to the performance, scalability, and responsible deployment of AI systems used by enterprise customers.

The successful candidate will work closely with research scientists, data scientists, and product managers to transform emerging AI research and technologies into practical, production-ready solutions. The position requires strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, large language models, and scalable software engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy high-performance and scalable AI applications into production environments.
• Build robust integrations with end-to-end AI platforms and enterprise systems.
• Drive the development of intelligent agents and AI-powered product features.
• Translate complex AI research and concepts into practical solutions that address customer and business requirements.
• Collaborate with research scientists, data scientists, and product managers to define technical requirements and deliver impactful AI capabilities.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Contribute to the continued advancement of enterprise generative AI capabilities.
• Implement responsible AI practices, including bias detection, explainability, and safety alignment.
• Develop AI systems that prioritize reliability, scalability, security, and ethical deployment.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code for production-scale software systems.
• Solve complex technical challenges through innovative AI and machine learning approaches.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI models, agents, applications, and supporting infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying machine learning or AI systems in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Strong foundation in machine learning principles and deep learning architectures.
• Experience with natural language processing and large language models.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices for managing the AI lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to develop clean, efficient, scalable, and well-tested software.
• Strong understanding of production AI systems and deployment practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical challenges.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across research, engineering, data science, and product teams.
• Strong interest in developing practical and impactful AI solutions.
