The organization is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to own the end-to-end execution of platform deployments for enterprise customers. This role will scope high-impact workflows, configure agent behavior, validate integrations and guardrails, and drive customer launches from initial discussions through production iteration.

The successful candidate will work directly with stakeholders operating in complex SAP environments and help translate customer requirements into repeatable platform improvements. The role requires strong technical ownership, clear communication, adaptability, and the ability to make effective decisions in fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of platform deployments for enterprise customers.
• Scope and define high-impact workflows based on customer requirements and operational needs.
• Configure agent behavior across planning, tool use, retrieval, prompts, workflows, and operating procedures.
• Validate integrations and ensure deployed solutions function reliably within complex enterprise environments.
• Configure and validate guardrails so AI agents operate safely, compliantly, and predictably.
• Write and maintain key agent-building artifacts, including AOPs, integration specifications, evaluation plans, and customer-facing technical documentation.
• Work directly with enterprise stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Drive customer launches from initial engagement through production deployment and ongoing iteration.
• Identify opportunities to turn customer-specific requirements into repeatable platform capabilities.
• Design appropriate abstractions for repeatable deployments and collaborate closely with the Platform team to implement them.
• Apply AI tools to development, testing, data workflows, and technical support.
• Continuously evaluate deployed solutions and contribute to improvements in platform reliability, usability, and scalability.
• Move quickly while maintaining appropriate quality, safety, and operational standards.

Required Qualifications

• Experience working directly with enterprise customers on technical implementations or deployments.
• Strong ability to translate customer requirements into technical workflows and solutions.
• Experience configuring or working with AI agents, workflows, prompts, retrieval systems, or related AI technologies.
• Understanding of enterprise software environments and complex business processes.
• Experience working with integrations, technical specifications, testing, and production deployments.
• Ability to create clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for development, testing, data, or support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership-oriented approach to technical projects.
• Ability to make decisions and move projects forward despite incomplete information.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and technical stacks as required.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with platform and engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SAP or other enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience with enterprise AI deployments or AI-powered workflow automation.
• Familiarity with agent orchestration, tool use, retrieval systems, prompts, and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience designing reusable technical abstractions for customer deployments.
• Experience working in fast-paced enterprise technology environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and AI safety considerations.
