- Identify, evaluate, and size growth opportunities in collaboration with Product teams.
- Establish north-star, driver, and guardrail metrics with cross-functional partners.
- Design and analyze multivariate experiments across onboarding, paywalls, in-product prompts, pricing, and other product experiences.

- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
- Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and interpreting statistical significance.
- Experience developing segmentation and predictive models, including propensity, churn, and lifetime value models, and applying them to product or marketing initiatives.
- Experience developing funnels, cohorts, and retention analyses.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches and clear recommendations.
- Fluency with AI-assisted and agentic workflows.
Preferred Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD in a quantitatively focused field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in consumer product analytics, particularly within creative tools, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses.
- Experience modeling customer satisfaction and/or Net Promoter Score (NPS).
