Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect technical solutions within the core product that align with customer needs.
• Leverage the latest AI and machine learning models and techniques to automate solutions in innovative ways.
• Fix bugs, implement features, and resolve critical technical problems affecting customers across the platform.
• Build strong relationships with subject-matter experts, users, managers, and executives who rely on the platform.
• Serve as a technical expert for the organization’s products and services.
• Clearly communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences while addressing questions and concerns effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and product engineering, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
• Provide feedback that helps improve products based on customer needs and market trends.
• Develop solutions that create value across a growing customer base.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure solutions contribute to the long-term product vision.
• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to identify and solve complex technical challenges.
• Deliver iterative software solutions that address customer problems while maintaining a high quality standard.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong motivation to solve real-world problems that contribute to customer and business outcomes.

• Deep empathy for customers and a strong desire to solve customer problems through scalable and strategically valuable solutions.
