Leadership and Professional Expectations

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience working with data and analytics solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience managing projects, timelines, and deliverables.
- Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Certified Data Analytics or AWS Solutions Architect certification.
- Azure Data Engineer or Azure Solutions Architect certification.
- Google Professional Data Engineer certification.
- DAMA CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) certification.
- Informatica Certified Professional certification.
- Alation Certified Data Catalog Professional certification.
- Collibra Certified Ranger, Steward, or Expert certification.
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) certification.
- SnowPro Core or SnowPro Advanced certification.
- Databricks Certified Data Engineer, Data Analyst, or Machine Learning certification.
- Proven experience developing and implementing data-driven strategies.
- Experience defining and implementing data governance frameworks.
- Understanding of modern cloud data architectures.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and practices.
- Familiarity with big data engineering tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
- Experience designing advanced analytics solutions.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and collaborating with team members.
