What You’ll Do
- Develop advanced, efficient, and statistically effective algorithms to solve complex, high-dimensional problems.
- Apply hypothesis testing, machine learning, retrieval processes, statistical techniques, and data mining methods to identify trends and generate meaningful insights.
- Create figures, analyses, and other analytical outputs to support business and client objectives.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to integrate analytical findings and communicate insights effectively.
- Contribute to the assessment of emerging datasets and technologies that can enhance analytical platforms.
- Support the development of reusable assets and accelerators that improve scalability and analytical efficiency.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives through research support and publication assistance.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to Associate-level team members.
- Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative analytical solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of relevant post-collegiate work experience in data science.
- Strong academic performance with coursework emphasizing analytical and quantitative skills.
- Knowledge of big data, advanced analytical concepts, and algorithms.
- Experience with analytical approaches such as text mining, social listening, recommender systems, predictive modeling, or related techniques.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or R.
- Experience working with tools and platforms such as the Hadoop ecosystem, Amazon Web Services, or database systems.
- Proficiency in agile project planning and project management techniques.
- Prior leadership experience in a relevant professional or academic position.
- Fluency in English.
