Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy advanced machine learning and Generative AI models to address complex business challenges.
- Architect and develop sophisticated, stateful multi-agent systems and workflows using modern agentic frameworks such as LangGraph.
- Develop and productionize advanced AI systems, including fine-tuning open-source large language models.
- Build sophisticated Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques and design multi-agent AI systems.
- Lead research, experimentation, and implementation of innovative Generative AI techniques to solve complex business problems.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data science projects, from initial conception and data analysis through model deployment and production monitoring.
- Apply classical machine learning techniques, including predictive modeling, time-series analysis, and classification, to large and complex datasets.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, domain experts, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated AI solutions.
- Implement robust monitoring systems to evaluate model performance and identify data drift.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Associate team members.
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Contribute to the development of scalable and production-ready AI architectures.
Required Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or a master’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant post-collegiate work experience.
- Demonstrated experience designing, building, and deploying Generative AI applications.
- Hands-on experience with fine-tuning, prompt engineering, agentic systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases.
- Strong proficiency in Python and core data science libraries such as pandas and scikit-learn.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Prior leadership experience in a relevant position.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and practical data science methodologies.
- Experience applying data science and AI techniques to complex, real-world business problems.
Additional Skills
- Deep hands-on experience building multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar Agent Development Kits (ADKs).
- Extensive experience with Generative AI frameworks, including LangChain, LlamaIndex, and the Hugging Face ecosystem.
- Familiarity with MCP tools and related AI development technologies.
- Experience with model quantization, inference optimization, and other techniques for efficient large-model deployment.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and their AI/ML services.
- Strong track record of developing and implementing data science solutions for complex business challenges.
- Experience designing scalable AI systems and production-grade machine learning solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
