A leading global professional services organization is seeking an experienced MDM Senior Architect-Senior Manager to join its Data Management team. The MDM Senior Architect-Senior Manager will architect and manage master data management solutions that enhance business processes and support client objectives. The role requires the ability to lead complex projects, provide strategic guidance, solve challenging data management problems, and develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and manage master data management solutions that support business objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 9 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong experience in master data management and data quality.
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise MDM solutions.
- Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience leading complex projects and managing teams.
- Ability to work effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SAP, Oracle, Informatica, Riversand, or Profisee.
- Experience designing taxonomies and item catalog categories.
- Proven ability to architect end-to-end master data management solutions.
- Experience with MDM publication and consolidation processes.
- Knowledge of data quality systems, frameworks, and processes.
- Functional business knowledge within specific data domains.
- Ability to connect MDM systems and capabilities to practical business use cases.
- Experience developing data governance and data management strategies.
- Strong understanding of data integration and master data lifecycle management.
- Ability to provide strategic advice and translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations.
