The organization is seeking a Software Engineer, Applied AI to build, deploy, and operate systems that bridge frontier AI research and large-scale data delivery. This is a highly technical, high-ownership role focused on solving complex challenges, rapidly prototyping solutions, and scaling experimental systems into reliable production infrastructure.

The successful candidate will work closely with researchers, customers, and internal engineering teams to deliver impactful AI solutions. The role spans end-to-end project ownership, including requirements gathering, data pipeline development, infrastructure improvements, and collaboration with leading AI organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with frontier AI research teams to understand data, post-training, and evaluation requirements.
• Build and operate scalable data pipelines supporting model training, post-training workflows, and evaluation processes.
• Design and develop systems for synthetic data generation, data quality management, and large-scale data processing.
• Work directly with customers to gather requirements and develop effective technical solutions.
• Prototype new data types, benchmarks, and evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
• Lead technical discussions and solution design sessions with customers and stakeholders.
• Own projects from concept through deployment and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable AI infrastructure.

Required Qualifications
