The organization is seeking an AI Solutions Architect – Life Sciences to lead the design and delivery of advanced AI solutions for Life Sciences clients. This role involves driving AI and data transformation initiatives, architecting modern data and analytics platforms, and aligning technical delivery with business objectives.

The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in AI, Generative AI, data architecture, and Life Sciences industry solutions. This position requires a combination of technical leadership, stakeholder management, hands-on solution delivery, and strategic advisory capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead small client engagements or critical workstreams within large-scale AI, data, and analytics transformation programs for Life Sciences organizations.
• Design and implement cloud-based and hybrid data architectures, migration strategies, and technology solutions across analytics and data platforms.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure technical delivery aligns with business goals and program objectives.
• Oversee the quality of team deliverables, recommendations, and solution outcomes.
• Contribute directly to the design, development, and deployment of AI and data solutions across distributed teams.
• Support business growth through proposal development, thought leadership initiatives, and mentorship of junior team members.
• Drive the implementation of scalable AI architectures and modern data platforms that support innovation and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI-enabled business solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience delivering AI solutions within the Life Sciences industry.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with AI and Generative AI solution architecture, including agentic systems and LLM-powered applications.
• 1+ year of experience working with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, memory and state management patterns, and tool-use architectures.
• 1+ year of experience establishing or governing LLMOps practices, including evaluation, monitoring, prompt lifecycle management, and AI guardrails.
• 2+ years of experience leading, managing, and delivering complex AI solution engagements.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on project and client requirements.
• Eligibility to work within applicable employment and immigration requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing AI solutions for Life Sciences research and development environments.
• Background in consulting and client-facing delivery roles.
• Experience creating presentations, workshop materials, and strategic collateral for client engagements and interactive sessions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences.
• Experience driving AI adoption and transformation initiatives within regulated industries.
