A leading artificial intelligence technology company is seeking an Infrastructure Software Engineer to help build and scale an enterprise-grade Generative AI platform. The organization develops AI infrastructure and solutions that enable businesses across regulated industries to deploy, manage, and scale advanced AI applications. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies while building highly scalable, cloud-native infrastructure.

Summary
The Infrastructure Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain the core infrastructure powering an enterprise Generative AI platform. This role involves building multi-cloud solutions, integrating customer environments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Architect multi-cloud systems and abstractions to enable the AI platform to operate across multiple cloud providers.
  • Implement custom integrations between the platform and customer environments, including cloud platforms, data warehouses, and internal APIs.
  • Collaborate with platform, product, and customer teams to design and deliver scalable infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop and deploy high-quality features and experiments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from design through production deployment.
  • Learn and adopt new technologies while managing multiple projects effectively.
  • Build infrastructure that supports enterprise customers across highly regulated industries.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of full-time software engineering experience after graduation.
  • Experience building and scaling products in high-growth startup environments.
  • Hands-on experience developing or deploying Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, or other modern AI technologies.
  • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, along with SQL.
  • Experience working with Kubernetes.
  • Strong knowledge of major cloud platforms, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
