Summary
The Customer Facing Project Manager acts as the senior delivery anchor for AI-driven engagements with strategic clients. Embedded directly with customers, this role leads end-to-end delivery of complex, high-stakes AI initiatives—from discovery and rapid prototyping to production deployment and scaling—ensuring technical, operational, and business outcomes are achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of the customer engagement lifecycle, from discovery and scoping through delivery, client acceptance, and scale-out
  • Own project scope, timelines, risks, and outcomes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and agreed success criteria
  • Drive implementation excellence and customer adoption, ensuring delivered solutions meet technical, operational, and business expectations
  • Understand customer business needs and industry-specific challenges to translate them into sustainable AI solutions
  • Serve as the primary delivery interface for senior customer stakeholders, including executive leadership, building trust and managing expectations
  • Establish tight, outcome-focused delivery rhythms with frequent demos, progress tracking, and proactive risk management
  • Navigate complex customer environments, balancing ambition with real-world constraints such as data readiness, compliance, and system integration
  • Feed field learnings back into product and engineering teams, converting delivery insights into reusable playbooks and roadmap input

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, customer-facing engagements and act as the senior delivery anchor translating business objectives into actionable execution plans
  • Proven experience in project or program management within enterprise software, AI delivery, or customer-facing environments
  • Experience applying AI in Agentic AI contexts, shaping autonomous AI agents that collaborate with humans and deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of agile delivery methodologies and ability to coordinate across engineering, AI/ML, product, and go-to-market teams
  • Experience navigating executive stakeholders, organizational complexity, and delivery pressure in customer-embedded settings
  • Solid awareness of enterprise AI deployment realities, including data readiness, model limitations, compliance, and integration considerations
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable execution plans
  • Preferably, project experience in asset-centric industries (e.g., oil & gas, utilities, transportation, mining, or manufacturing)
