A leading global technology organization is seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer to support enterprise clients in North America with embedded and edge AI solutions. The organization specializes in enabling companies to build and deploy machine learning models for intelligent devices across industries such as industrial automation, automotive, healthcare, and IoT. Its platforms streamline data management, AI model development, and deployment on resource-constrained devices, empowering clients to bring innovative products to market efficiently.

Summary
The Pre-Sales Solution Engineer will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, guiding them in designing and optimizing data management workflows, machine learning pipelines, and model deployment for edge devices. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver industry-leading Edge AI solutions. This position is eligible for U.S. remote work.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Guide and collaborate with North American customers to design and optimize data management, machine learning workflows, and model deployment
  • Participate in sales and marketing activities, including events, customer visits, presentations, and demonstrations
  • Work with engineering and account management teams to solve technical challenges for intelligent devices across various industries
  • Develop code for data transformation, model training, and deployment to resource-constrained devices
  • Serve as a technical liaison to ensure solutions meet customer requirements and enable successful product launches

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree with 3+ years, OR PhD with 2+ years
  • 2+ years of experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python
  • 1+ year of experience with debugging techniques

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of multi-disciplinary problem solving and collaboration across teams in North America
  • Experience developing embedded or cloud software with exposure to Linux or RTOS
  • Experience with data analysis and machine learning using Python ML and data libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, NumPy, Pandas, etc.)
  • Experience developing, launching, or maintaining technical products in industrial, medical, automotive, IoT, or related industries
  • Demonstrated leadership, consulting, and project management skills in distributed teams
