Summary
The AI & Data Decision Science Manager will lead end-to-end data science projects, combining technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to deliver innovative AI and analytics solutions. This role requires bridging business and technical domains, managing diverse teams, and creating decision-making systems that generate tangible business value.

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of Data Science, AI, and Analytics initiatives and programs
  • Manage onshore and offshore teams across Data Science & Machine Learning
  • Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Engage with business and analytics stakeholders to build and maintain relationships
  • Lead sales processes, including solutioning and opportunity origination for AI and Data Science projects
  • Customize AI, Machine Learning, and Analytics solutions for specific industry or functional business problems
  • Collaborate across organizational networks, partnering with strategy, consulting, and tech teams in sales and delivery
  • Develop and mentor Data Science and AI talent within the organization
  • Identify AI use cases by understanding organizational goals, building business cases, calculating ROI, and designing transformation roadmaps
  • Advise on responsible AI adoption, governance, and training for new processes
  • Travel up to 80% as required by client engagements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Advanced Analytics
  • Proven track record in building decision-based frameworks and delivering AI/data science projects
  • Experience leading teams, managing workstreams, and meeting deadlines in large-scale delivery environments
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
  • Experience with ML frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
  • Knowledge of AI native and cloud platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and agent-based modeling or reinforcement learning
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Ability to lead and foster collaborative, inclusive teams
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to originate deals and drive projects from ideation to delivery
