A leading professional services and technology firm is seeking an Oracle AI Manager to join its AI & Engineering practice. The organization delivers advanced AI, cloud, and data engineering solutions to help clients modernize operations, accelerate innovation, and achieve measurable business outcomes. Teams work across industries to design, deploy, and operate enterprise AI and analytics platforms, driving efficiency, performance, and scalable growth.

Position Summary
The Oracle AI Manager will drive the design, development, and delivery of AI-enabled solutions using Oracle Cloud and related technologies. This role combines technical leadership, architecture design, and hands-on AI implementation to support enterprise clients in transforming their technology platforms and achieving strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Architect AI and machine learning solutions using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle AI Services, and associated platform capabilities
  • Lead technical teams through solution design, model development, data engineering, integration, and deployment
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures by collaborating with client stakeholders and project teams
  • Define data, security, governance, and performance requirements to support enterprise AI initiatives
  • Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to apply emerging Oracle AI capabilities to client solutions

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of consulting or industry experience, including 4+ years in AI/machine learning solution architecture
  • 4+ years experience with AI development tools and frameworks
  • 3+ years experience with generative AI, machine learning, deep learning, AI agents, large language model architectures, training, and prompting strategies
  • 1+ year experience with Oracle Generative AI and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure AI services, including Data Science, Vision, Language, or Generative AI service
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to travel ~50% depending on client engagements
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect, Oracle Machine Learning Specialist)
  • Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
  • Experience applying AI solutions in finance, healthcare, or supply chain environments
  • Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
