Position Summary
The People Data & Analytics Senior Consultant will translate complex business questions into actionable reporting, dashboards, and insights. The role combines analytical expertise with consultative skills to drive workforce transformation and support clients in making informed, strategic HR decisions. Responsibilities
Translate business questions into reporting, dashboards, and insight deliverables
Analyze data to identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities for action
Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations using approved analytics and business intelligence tools
Prepare datasets, validate outputs, and document business rules, assumptions, and logic used in analysis
Support stakeholder discussions by summarizing findings, recommendations, and implementation considerations
Collaborate effectively with team members and clients to deliver high-quality solutions
Manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Business
4+ years of hands-on experience in consulting or an equivalent role involving consultative analytics
4+ years performing data engineering (profiling, cleansing, normalization, manipulation) and data analysis using relevant tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python)
4+ years experience with Data Warehouses and Data Lakes (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
4+ years experience developing reporting and dashboards in Business Intelligence Tools (e.g., Visier, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik)
Ability to travel 25-50% on average based on project needs
Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
Preferred:
Prior project management experience, including familiarity with end-to-end project lifecycles
4+ years experience utilizing Visier in People Analytics
Experience supporting HR domains such as recruiting, attrition, compensation & benefits, performance, and learning & development
Knowledge of People Analytics data and technology architecture from data source to visualization
Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Understanding of advanced analytics techniques and approaches
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and judgment skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments effectively
