Summary
The Analyst I, Casino Analytics, will turn complex data into actionable insights that shape customer and game strategies while supporting key business decisions. The role involves collaborating with Product Managers, Operations, Engineering, and other stakeholders to analyze performance, uncover opportunities, and enhance business outcomes through data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Transform large datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform business decisions and improve customer experiences
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to define objectives, success metrics, and performance evaluation
  • Analyze customer lifecycle, game performance, and business metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
  • Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests and experiments to evaluate feature impact and guide decisions
  • Build, automate, and maintain dashboards, models, and reporting solutions tracking key customer, game, and business metrics
  • Translate complex analyses into clear recommendations and compelling insights for stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, operational efficiency, and overall business performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of business analytics or data science experience in work or academic settings
  • Experience with SQL and Snowflake or a similar cloud-based data platform
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Sigma, or similar platforms
  • Foundational understanding of statistics, experimentation, hypothesis testing, and data analysis techniques
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
