Summary
The T&T Manager – Artificial Intelligence & Data will leverage advanced analytics, robotics, cognitive technologies, and AI to generate insights, inform decision-making, and transform business processes. The role involves managing projects, delivering client solutions, and leading cross-service teams to implement intelligent automation strategies across organizational operations.

Responsibilities

Work You’ll Do

• Analyze and understand business processes to define technical software requirements
• Create business cases for deploying robotic and cognitive automation solutions
• Map current state, design solutions, implement automation, test, and deploy within client operating models
• Design process solutions aligned with standard principles and conventions
• Configure new automated processes and objects using efficient, maintainable workflow principles
• Support existing processes and manage change through structured change control
• Deliver training and enablement for client stakeholders (technology, process, train-the-trainer, online solutions)
• Collaborate with Deloitte’s Intelligent Automation network on processes, methodologies, and tools

Manager Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of client work and cross-service line teams on major projects
• Engage in practice development and business management activities to grow the Analytics & Cognitive practice
• Serve as a key business partner to high-profile clients, developing expertise from strategy to execution
• Devise innovative solutions to help clients maximize the value of their data assets
• Design and develop custom solutions, participate in proposal writing, pitch presentations, and market growth initiatives
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key clients globally

Project & Leadership Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, resources, and teams to ensure successful completion
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across the delivery lifecycle
• Plan, organize, and integrate IT projects in line with transformation programs
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs
• Ensure comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date project documentation
• Plan and coordinate internal/external resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution

Requirements

• Proven experience in data processing and ETL development using Databricks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure and Tableau
• Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and version control
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
