A leading financial institution is seeking a senior Network Manager to oversee its data center and network infrastructure across Singapore and multiple regional markets. The organization focuses on delivering robust, resilient, and compliant technology solutions to support business operations, emphasizing innovation, efficiency, and high-quality service across all banking delivery channels.

Summary
The SVP, Network Manager will lead the Enterprise Network team and manage datacenter network infrastructure across Singapore and five regional markets. The role requires a strategic technical leader with deep expertise in network technologies, strong people leadership skills, and experience operating in highly regulated financial environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Enterprise Network team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Infrastructure, Security, Applications, and Compliance to deliver integrated network solutions
  • Oversee Singapore and regional datacenter networks leveraging ACI and EVPN network technologies
  • Enforce network architecture standards and maintain strong compliance across all activities
  • Manage vendor engagements and commercial negotiations in partnership with the Group procurement team
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls, working closely with Compliance
  • Monitor network performance, resolve technical escalations, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across Singapore and regional networks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 15+ years of enterprise network engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven expertise managing datacenter networks across multiple geographies
  • Strong technical knowledge of datacenter network technologies
  • Experience in financial services or similarly regulated industries with demonstrated compliance acumen
  • Excellent team management and commercial negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage non-technical senior stakeholders effectively
