Summary
The Vice President, AI/ML Solutions Enablement, APAC, will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption, operationalization, and value realization of AI/ML solutions across business functions. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder management to translate business needs into actionable AI solutions while fostering a culture of AI literacy and collaboration.
Responsibilities
Partner with business and technology leaders to identify high-impact AI/ML opportunities aligned with strategic goals
Champion the adoption of AI/ML capabilities within business initiatives, ensuring measurable outcomes
Collaborate with management and business teams to translate challenges into clear technical specifications and delivery plans
Prioritize business problems suitable for AI/ML solutions and quantify potential value
Support operationalization of AI/ML capabilities across business units, working with senior leadership and AI champions
Translate business requirements into technical execution while contextualizing AI outputs for enterprise use
Promote AI literacy, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing across teams
Facilitate a collaborative community around data and AI solutions
Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in AI/ML
Represent the team in technical forums and collaborative industry initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative field
Formal AI/ML training or certification with at least 8 years of experience in data science, technology strategy, or digital transformation within financial services
Solid understanding of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing concepts and limitations
Experience across the data lifecycle, including collection, cleaning, analysis, and interpretation
Technical knowledge to communicate with technical teams and support AI solution implementation
Proven track record delivering impactful AI/ML solutions through cross-team collaboration
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills to frame complex business problems for AI solutions
Commercial mindset with experience measuring AI solution impact using relevant metrics
Strong stakeholder management, change management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to translate complex technical AI concepts into clear business language
Understanding of APAC regulatory requirements and cultural diversity
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building or customizing AI/ML tools and workflows
Familiarity with ethical AI/ML practices and governance frameworks
Prior experience in financial services, particularly within APAC
Experience working with globally distributed technical teams
