Work You’ll Do

• Lead and deliver AI engagements or components of large, complex projects, crafting solutions that address clients’ strategic and operational challenges
• Oversee team deliverables, ensuring quality, alignment, and actionable recommendations
• Manage daily stakeholder relationships and provide thought leadership for AI & Data initiatives
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal creation and client presentations
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering technical and professional growth
• Guide the implementation of agentic AI systems, including orchestration, tool integration, and autonomous decision-making workflows

The Team
The AI & Data practice provides comprehensive solutions for designing, developing, and operating advanced AI platforms, products, insights, and services. The team supports clients in innovating, enhancing, and managing AI and analytics capabilities to grow and scale effectively.

Qualifications

Required:

• 6+ years delivering AI/ML solutions, including 2+ years focused on Generative AI, Agentic AI, or multi-agent systems
• 4+ years hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions using Python
• 2+ years experience developing agentic AI systems (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Strands, CrewAI, LangGraph)
• Experience with cloud AI platforms:
  • Azure: AI Foundry, OpenAI Service, Cognitive Search & Vector DBs, Cognitive Services, Entra ID & Key Vault
  • AWS: Amazon Bedrock, Lambda, ECR, EC2, Cognito, IAM, Secrets Manager, KMS
  • GCP: Vertex AI, Gemini API, Google AI Studio, BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, GKE
• 1+ year leading and managing complex AI solutions engagements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average

Preferred:

• Prior consulting experience in client-facing delivery roles
• Experience creating collaterals for client workshops and interactive sessions
• Strong presentation skills for large and small audiences
• Experience contributing to sales cycles and proposal development
• Experience building multi-agent systems (task delegation, coordination, autonomous decision-making)
• Certifications: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert; AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional; Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect
• Experience with LLM prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG architecture
• Experience with MLOps / AIOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native application development
