A leading global healthcare and biotech organization is seeking a senior analytics professional to drive digital marketing performance in the Neuropsychiatry therapeutic area. The organization focuses on patient and healthcare professional insights to optimize marketing strategies, leveraging advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning to improve healthcare outcomes and marketing effectiveness.

Summary
The Lead of Digital Marketing Measurement and Data Science will analyze and measure digital data streams—including CRM, paid media, and website analytics—to optimize marketing effectiveness. The role partners with US Marketing, US BIO, creative agencies, and internal teams to develop statistical and machine learning models that guide resource allocation, improve patient experiences, and maximize campaign impact.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing product managers, omnichannel team members, field excellence, and agency partners to define business questions and marketing objectives
  • Conduct patient journey analyses, HCP segmentation, and marketing mix optimization from a digital measurement perspective
  • Develop and implement advanced analytics and machine learning solutions, predictive algorithms, and AI-powered tools to enhance resource allocation and streamline processes
  • Lead the creation of statistical and machine learning models to quantify factors affecting patient and healthcare provider journeys
  • Build omni-channel marketing solutions using complex healthcare datasets to optimize message delivery and impact across digital channels
  • Develop attribution models to maximize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Analyze patient journey experiences to understand symptom-to-diagnosis pathways
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to US brand managers regarding HCP engagement through field, email, media, and website channels
  • Manage internal analyses, direct partner deliverables, and coordinate with third-party vendors/agencies to define measurement strategies
  • Ensure the availability and accuracy of required datasets to enable evaluation and optimization of marketing programs

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., Math, Physics, Engineering, Finance, or Computer Science)
  • Minimum 5 years in advanced analytics roles with experience building models for media mix analysis
  • Strong ability to translate technical insights for non-technical business partners
  • Experience in model development, validation, and implementation
  • Skilled in SQL for data extraction and manipulation from large datasets
  • Proficient in Python or R for analytics and modeling
  • Experience with CRM, website, and digital media analytics, and the ability to leverage data for digital marketing strategy
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and iterative solution development
  • Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams including Insights & Analytics, Field Excellence, Omnichannel Excellence, and Alliance Partners
  • Strong oral and written communication, with the ability to create structured, high-quality deliverables
  • Robust project management skills and attention to detail
  • High intellectual curiosity, self-motivation, and ability to lead high-profile analyses

  • Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industries
