Summary
The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will plan, execute, monitor, and control technical aspects of cloud and infrastructure projects. This role involves supporting operational systems, ensuring service level agreements are met, and contributing to new setups or upgrades of system and network infrastructures.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and control technical aspects of projects
  • Manage or participate in new setups or upgrades of system/network infrastructure projects
  • Support operational systems in alignment with contractual Service Level Agreements
  • Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities efficiently
  • Provide accurate project documentation and reports
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Windows Server OS and Linux OS in virtual environments is an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with virtualization and hypervisors; Nutanix platform experience is a plus
  • Understanding of VPNs, firewall appliances, network switches, and routers is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Proactive, dynamic, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute effectively in a diverse environment
