Summary
The Microsoft Alliance Driver Data and AI Director will lead strategic initiatives within the Microsoft Alliance portfolio, fostering key partnerships, guiding business development, and shaping alliance strategies to drive organizational impact and client success. This position requires a combination of executive leadership, strategic vision, and strong relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain impactful relationships with key stakeholders
  • Drive business development initiatives to enhance client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with industry leaders to shape alliance strategies
  • Identify and leverage growth opportunities across various sectors
  • Oversee the execution of initiatives within the Alliance portfolio
  • Translate strategic vision into actionable plans and inspire teams to achieve objectives
  • Mentor emerging leaders and promote a culture of innovation and collaboration
  • Uphold organizational standards of quality, integrity, inclusion, and commercial acumen

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • At least 10 years of experience in alliance management or relationship management with demonstrated success in demand generation and program leadership
  • Proven leadership in managing strategic alliances and complex business relationships
  • Strong understanding of the advisory and professional services landscape
  • Excellent executive-level communication and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in dynamic environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems to enhance strategic initiatives
  • Ability to monitor performance metrics and make informed strategic decisions
  • Awareness of industry trends and competitive dynamics
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally as needed
