Summary
The System Architect-Data Science Senior Manager will lead large-scale analytics and data solution initiatives, collaborating with leaders across product functions to design analytics roadmaps and implement high-quality data-driven deliverables. This role requires strategic oversight, technical expertise, and leadership skills to manage teams, drive project success, and maintain operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Design analytics roadmaps in collaboration with organizational leaders
  • Support and implement data-driven decisions at strategic levels
  • Lead large projects while ensuring operational excellence
  • Interact with clients at senior levels to drive project success
  • Develop and implement quality controls to maintain data integrity
  • Innovate processes to enhance data quality and analytics capabilities
  • Deliver top-quality data solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Foster strong relationships with product function leaders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, or related field
  • At least 6 years of progressive experience managing IT architecture, engineering designs, or data domains
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and teams in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong programming skills in Python and Java
  • Proficiency in designing analytics roadmaps and implementing quality controls
  • Ability to apply analytical techniques to solve complex business problems
  • Experience in client engagement and relationship management
