Summary
The MDM Senior Architect-Director leads the design, implementation, and strategic direction of master data management (MDM) solutions. This role drives business growth, fosters innovation, and mentors team members, ensuring that MDM processes align with client business objectives and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and manage master data management (MDM) solutions
  • Set strategic directions to align MDM initiatives with business goals
  • Lead business development efforts and maintain executive-level client relationships
  • Design and implement MDM solutions to enhance data quality and reliability
  • Manage data quality systems supporting core business objectives
  • Mentor team members to cultivate leadership potential
  • Drive initiatives that promote business growth, innovation, and technological advancement
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and integration of new technologies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in data management, analytics, or MDM solutions
  • Experience with MDM platforms such as SAP or Oracle
  • Expertise in designing taxonomies, item catalog categories, and end-to-end MDM programs
  • Knowledge of MDM publication, consolidation, and integration with data quality systems
  • Functional business knowledge in specific data domains
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
