Summary
The MDM Senior Architect-Manager will design, implement, and oversee end-to-end Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and client-facing responsibilities to ensure successful project execution, high-quality deliverables, and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Architect comprehensive MDM solutions for business processes, including integration patterns and workflows
  • Lead teams to achieve successful project execution and client satisfaction
  • Manage client relationships, expectations, and account success
  • Align MDM solutions with core business objectives and operational requirements
  • Utilize MDM platforms to enhance data capabilities and ensure model harmonization
  • Maintain exemplary standards in project deliverables and team practices
  • Mentor team members in MDM best practices and foster professional development
  • Encourage innovation, collaboration, and adoption of technology within the team
  • Address conflicts or issues, facilitating difficult conversations with clients, stakeholders, and team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in data management or MDM roles
  • Proficiency in end-to-end MDM platforms and solutions
  • Functional business knowledge in specific data domains
  • Experience with data stewardship, model harmonization, and system-to-business use case mapping
  • Ability to analyze complex systems and link interactions between components
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and client management skills

Preferred / Differentiators

  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, Informatica, Riversand
  • Designing taxonomies and item catalog categories
  • Deep understanding of MDM functional and technical practices
