Summary
The Senior Associate in Oracle Cloud Analytics (FDI/FAW) will lead data strategy and solution implementation projects by analyzing complex data, overseeing testing, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality solutions. This role emphasizes building client relationships, navigating complex scenarios, and developing deep technical and business expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business and data requirements for data strategy projects
  • Conduct data analysis and oversee testing for implementation projects
  • Mentor team members and maintain elevated standards
  • Build and nurture client relationships
  • Develop a profound understanding of the business context
  • Navigate complex scenarios to grow personal and technical proficiency
  • Utilize firm methodologies and technology resources to deliver solutions
  • Assure quality of deliverables through proactive review

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience leading business requirements and data analysis
  • Proficiency with Oracle FAW/FDI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Power Query, Amazon AWS (Redshift and related toolsets), and/or Microsoft Azure
  • Knowledge of ETL/data integration, BI/Analytics, and Data Warehouse/Data Marts systems
  • Strong ability to simplify complex processes for reliability
  • Skilled in creating positive team environments and providing meaningful feedback
