Enterprise AI in the Innovation Group serves as the organization’s AI center of excellence, driving impactful AI initiatives across all business units. The team focuses on AI expertise, continuous project delivery, and AI innovation while enabling enterprise analytics transformation and adoption of AI/Generative AI solutions.
Role Overview
The AI Platform Specialist will be a key member of the Data Science Platforms and Products team within Enterprise AI. This role involves shaping and managing the enterprise AI platform, supporting advanced Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. The position requires a strong combination of AI engineering and data science expertise, operational excellence, and the ability to translate functional requirements into effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the functional SME for the AI platform, defining requirements and guiding design decisions to align with business objectives
Partner with technology teams and vendors to manage platform delivery and enhancements
Define and implement the platform operating model, ensuring governance, security, compliance, and operational efficiency
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to onboard AI/GenAI/Agentic AI use cases
Design and develop reusable libraries, frameworks, and utility tools to accelerate solution deployment
Drive user onboarding, training, and adoption of best practices across the organization
Monitor and analyze platform utilization, performance, and cost efficiency, providing insights for optimization
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance AI capabilities
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
Minimum 8 years of experience in AI engineering or similar roles, with proven experience deploying AI/GenAI/Agentic AI solutions in production
Strong knowledge of AI/GenAI/Agentic AI technologies, including LLMs, context engineering, RAG, agent frameworks, and memory management
Hands-on experience with data management technologies including Hadoop, Spark, ETL, relational & non-relational databases, vector databases, and knowledge graphs
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), API management, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
Proficiency in Python; knowledge of Java or Scala is a plus
Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience in banking or financial services is advantageous
