Summary
The AI Transformation Senior Manager will help global and national retailers transform marketing, commerce, and customer experiences through advanced analytics, data orchestration, and generative AI. This role requires expertise in retail data, AI strategy, and Agentic Commerce, enabling hyper-personalized experiences and business growth.
Responsibilities
Shape and deliver Data & AI strategy for retail, developing capability POV, offerings, and transformation roadmaps integrating retail datasets (POS/Clienteling, loyalty, e-commerce, merchandising, retail execution, supply chain, customer journeys)
Execute retail-specific analytics including campaign measurement, segmentation, demand forecasting, attribution, and recommendation engines
Build Customer 360 data architectures unifying CRM, product commercialization, loyalty, e-commerce, and behavioral data into AI-ready pipelines
Deploy generative AI solutions for product descriptions, chatbots, digital store assistants, and personalized shopper journeys
Lead large-scale retail AI programs including CDP, analytics platforms, and clean room integrations
Drive business development, creating offerings such as AI-powered pricing, personalized promotions, and campaign optimization
Build, mentor, and lead multidisciplinary teams of data scientists, engineers, and consultants
Serve as a trusted advisor to retail CMOs, CDOs, and CIOs on data, AI, and cloud adoption strategies
Qualifications
12+ years of experience in data, AI, and analytics, including 5+ years in retail or consumer goods
Technical expertise in Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Services, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP, Shopify, Google Marketing Platform
Experience with cloud ecosystems: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
Proficiency in AI/ML and Generative AI tools: Python, ML libraries, OpenAI/Claude, Hugging Face
Strong knowledge of business and marketing analytics and data orchestration
Track record of leading large-scale retail data & AI transformations is preferred
Experience deploying AI-powered retail use cases such as dynamic pricing, churn prediction, and supply-demand optimization is preferred
Strong client leadership, executive communication, and commercial acumen
Master’s degree in Data Science, AI, Business, or a related field
