Job Description

🏢 Company Description:
Our client is a leading IT services provider delivering managed services, cloud transformation, and hybrid IT solutions across Singapore and the region.

📋 Role Overview:
Design and govern Hybrid IT service offerings across on-premise, private/public cloud, network, security, observability, and managed services.

Lead complex pursuits and large-scale engagements, partnering with Sales and Executive leadership to architect commercially viable, technically differentiated solutions.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead technical strategy for large RFPs and proactive pursuits; architect multi-year transformation roadmaps.
✅ Shape deal constructs including multi-tower managed services, outcome-based contracts, and transition models.
✅ Design standardized Hybrid IT service blueprints across private cloud (VMware, Nutanix, OpenShift), public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), network/SD-WAN, cybersecurity, backup/DR, and observability/AIOps.
✅ Develop reference architectures, service catalogs, and ensure service repeatability.
✅ Design Transition & Transformation frameworks: knowledge transfer, phased migration, stabilization plans.
✅ Partner with Finance to develop cost models, validate margins, and define pricing strategies (consumption, subscription, outcome-based).
✅ Embed security-by-design, zero-trust, and regulatory compliance (CII, financial services).
✅ Act as technical lead in bid war rooms; mentor junior architects.

🎓 Qualifications:

✅ 12+ years in Hybrid IT, Infrastructure, or Managed Services.
✅ 5+ years leading complex pursuits (>$3M contract value).
✅ Experience in large-scale outsourcing, multi-tower managed services, and cloud transformation.
✅ Strong commercial understanding (TCO, ROI, pricing models).
✅ 5+ years in architecture or service design role with RFP solutioning and service costing experience.
✅ Strong understanding of ITIL v4 service management principles.

Preferred Certifications:
✅ TOGAF, ITIL v4, AWS/Azure/GCP Architect.
✅ Red Hat, VMware, Nutanix, Cisco, Aruba certifications.
✅ CISSP or equivalent.
