A leading technology and digital analytics organization is seeking an AI Solution Architect to drive innovation in AI-driven enterprise solutions. The company specializes in delivering advanced cloud-based AI platforms, generative AI systems, and scalable analytics solutions for diverse industries, including healthcare. The organization emphasizes knowledge sharing, technical excellence, and collaboration to create transformative AI experiences.

Summary
The AI Solution Architect will design and implement architectural components and solutions for AI agents, working within an established framework to ensure high technical quality. This role involves close collaboration with Generative AI Engineers, technical mentorship, and representing the team through internal and external tech talks. The position supports Flex Persona arrangements for candidates local to the Boston office.

Responsibilities

  • Design detailed technical solutions and blueprints for AI agents, including data flows, API integrations, and component interactions
  • Ensure agent development adheres to architectural patterns, coding standards, security protocols, and best practices
  • Optimize Google Agent Space and Google Cloud Platform services for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability
  • Develop reusable agent components, libraries, and common services
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex architectural and integration challenges
  • Oversee integration of new agents with enterprise systems, databases, and external APIs
  • Lead or contribute to technical POCs and prototypes to validate feasibility of new capabilities
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for architectures, design decisions, and deployment configurations
  • Participate in code, design, and architecture reviews to ensure solution quality and maintainability
  • Offer technical guidance and mentorship to Generative AI Engineers

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10–12 years of experience as a solution architect in cloud technologies
  • 8+ years delivering technical presentations and leading business value sessions
  • 5+ years implementing CI/CD pipelines and MLOps on cloud platforms
  • 3+ years implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models
  • Expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and NLP
  • Proven experience mentoring engineers and leading project teams
  • Experience conducting design and architecture review meetings to ensure secure, scalable solutions
  • Experience designing and deploying multi-agent architectures with Agent Development Kit (ADK)

Nice-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of the healthcare payer domain
  • Solution Architect Associate certification (preferably GCP or AWS)
