Summary
The VP of AI & Platforms will lead the data science and operations research function, building platforms and workflows that accelerate value creation across the organization. This role ensures AI and data capabilities are accessible to all teams, empowering engineers and business units to deliver impact daily. The position involves scaling a global team and transforming how the technology organization develops, deploys, and operationalizes AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the data science and operations research function, building scalable platforms for AI and analytics
  • Design workflows and tools that accelerate time-to-value for the organization
  • Make AI accessible across all teams, enabling builders in every department to ship value daily
  • Transform technology and engineering practices to streamline agent output review and reduce friction between data and engineering
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and solve key business problems using data-driven insights
  • Build and grow a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of innovation, impact, and collaboration

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in leading AI, data science, and operations research teams
  • Proven track record in building scalable AI platforms and workflows
  • Strong understanding of data engineering, ML operations, and software development processes
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with business stakeholders
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to create impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
