Sr. Applications Integrator Engineer

Key Activities and Responsibilities: As a Sr. Application Integrator Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing robust integration solutions to seamlessly connect multiple software applications.
• Developing and maintaining high-performance APIs to facilitate efficient data exchange between systems.
• Collaborating closely with software development teams and IT operations to understand and fulfill integration requirements.
• Proactively monitoring and troubleshooting integration issues to ensure continuous system uptime and optimal performance.
• Continuously optimizing and enhancing existing integration processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of integration processes and technical specifications.

Key Knowledge and Experience: To excel in this role, you should possess:

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing integration solutions.
• Proficiency in message broker technologies such as RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or Shell scripting.
• A solid understanding of microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• In-depth knowledge of API management and development using REST or SOAP protocols.
• Fundamental system administration skills, including service management, SSH, user management, etc.
• Advanced DevOps tooling expertise, with at least 3 years of experience in:
  • Containerization technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
  • GitLab CI/CD pipelines
  • Ansible Playbook development and maintenance
  • CI/CD pipeline deployment and configuration
  • Shell scripting (Bash or Python)
  • Jira and Confluence
  • Markdown for code documentation
• A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills to effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A passion for innovation and a drive to continuously improve integration processes.
