Job Description

The Growth team plays a pivotal role in driving user acquisition, activation, and retention for popular global products. The team leverages data and machine learning models to provide end-to-end solutions that support the global expansion of digital services. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing comprehensive product metrics and quantitative measurement frameworks tailored to product stages and business objectives.
• Creating and refining analysis pipelines to provide insights and respond to business needs promptly.
• Conducting both routine and advanced end-to-end analyses of large, complex datasets to recommend actionable solutions.
• Collaborating with Product Management, Operations, and R&D teams to implement optimization strategies that drive measurable business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data science, algorithm engineering, or machine learning.
• Proven technical expertise in data mining, machine learning, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to devise systematic solutions for business challenges.
• Effective leadership skills, with the capability to manage small project teams and adapt quickly to new business contexts.
