User Growth Data Analyst

About the Team:
The User Growth (UG) team drives the acquisition, activation, and retention of a global user base. The team leverages platforms, data analytics, and machine learning models to accelerate growth across a suite of widely popular products.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze key business indicators, including user growth and retention, to provide data-driven support and recommendations.
• Develop growth indicator systems, target management frameworks, and data visualization systems to derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product, strategy, marketing, and R&D teams to implement findings and improve business-wide performance.
• Design and execute A/B tests and causal inference models to verify business optimizations.
• Decompose and diagnose factors contributing to growth and anomalies, implementing automated attribution tools.
• Document growth analysis methodologies and develop data efficiency tools to support ongoing improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data analysis, preferably in user growth.
• Expertise in data analysis and modeling, including data mining, machine learning, A/B testing, and causal inference.
• Proficiency in tools such as Hive, SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
• Strong communication skills, responsibility, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit.
• Keen sensitivity to data and business dynamics, with a proven ability to transform data insights into actionable strategies.
