Role Overview

As a Graduate Associate in Forensic Data Analytics, you will support the fight against financial crime and fraud by building and deploying machine learning models, conducting data analysis, and developing analytical solutions. You will work closely with the forensic team and clients across various industries to address complex challenges in the business intelligence and analytics space.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analytics and Model Development
   • Build supervised and unsupervised machine learning models to identify and analyze financial crime patterns.
   • Perform data exploration, processing, and analysis to develop forensic analytics solutions.
   • Deploy and optimize analytical solutions on client premises.
2. Solution Enhancement and Knowledge Development
   • Contribute to the improvement of digital products and forensic solutions by providing operational feedback.
   • Maintain an updated understanding of data science trends and market information, supporting the business strategy and client engagement efforts.
3. Business Development and Documentation
   • Develop industry-specific go-to-market materials, including proposals, use cases, and demos.
   • Participate in the documentation of processes, guides, technical notes, and training materials.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, machine learning, and software engineering.
• Ability to work with large datasets and deliver in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative work style.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; business/accounting knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
