Role Overview
As a Senior Manager, Data Solutions and Analytics, you will drive the Data strategy and lead the delivery of data projects with clients, translating analytical insights into compelling, impactful narratives. Working within the consulting division, this role requires managing cross-functional data initiatives and supporting business growth through the development of new solutions and strategic data projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify client opportunities in collaboration with market and regional teams.
• Develop and present data-driven narratives, case studies, and analyses for regional teams.
• Expand the presence and reach of Data Science projects with clients.
• Lead commercialization efforts for client data projects within the region.
• Manage Data Science initiatives and ensure project governance across accounts.
• Engage with stakeholders in functional practices and account planning sessions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fields such as computer science, data engineering, data science, or econometrics.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years in data-centric roles, particularly in solution sales.
  • At least 2 years in consulting, ideally within the financial industry.
• Technical Skills:
  • Extensive knowledge of data science techniques and programming languages like Python, Spark, Hadoop/Hive.
  • Proven ability to process and derive insights from large datasets.
  • Skilled in translating complex technical information into clear, persuasive narratives and presentations.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint for creating impactful client presentations.
• Additional Skills: Background in partnership or business development roles and experience in campaign management is beneficial. Evidence of expertise in customer-facing advisory roles focused on data strategy.

Behavioural Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a talent for simplifying complex concepts.
• Effective at relationship building and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
