Role Overview
As a Data Analyst, you will focus on analyzing game content, monetization, and player behavior to inform operational strategies. In this role, you will develop a comprehensive analysis system to monitor and assess game performance, support global operations, and contribute to a data platform that standardizes data administration and application.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee data work related to game design, tuning, and monetization through analysis systems, daily monitoring, and mathematical modeling.
• Provide strategic data insights through methods such as global analysis, player behavior and persona analysis, and performance analysis.
• Lead the development of a global data platform to streamline data administration and application for industrial compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience, including 3+ years in data analysis for a mobile game lifecycle.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, SPSS, Python, or SAS for data analysis.
• Familiarity with data mining models (e.g., clustering, regression, decision trees).
• Strong analytical, logical, and project management skills; ability to collaborate with designers and developers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with anime games and a passion for gaming.
