Job Description
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to address business challenges by translating their needs into actionable analytics solutions. This role involves consolidating data from various sources, performing ad-hoc analyses, designing automated dashboards, and supporting marketing campaigns through data insights. A deep understanding of the banking business and expertise in data management are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data analytics problems, delivering solutions that support business decision-making.
Data Consolidation: Serve as a subject matter expert on banking data, consolidating data from multiple sources for integrated insights.
Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct analyses and create visualizations to address specific business issues.
Dashboard Development: Design, automate, and maintain critical dashboards for business units using SQL and/or Pyspark.
Campaign Support: Support campaign events by managing audience selection, in-campaign tracking, and post-campaign evaluation.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience: 3–7 years in analytical roles, with a strong command of Python and SQL.
Analytical Application: Experience incorporating analytical insights or predictive models into business processes is advantageous.
Passion for Data: Preference for candidates with a demonstrated interest in data analysis, evidenced by related coursework, DA/DS competition participation, or project development on GitHub.
Industry Experience: Background in business intelligence or marketing analytics in e-commerce or FinTech is a plus.
Skills: Strong project management and communication abilities.
