Key Job Responsibilities

• AI Solution Development: Formulate complex real-world challenges into scalable AI and machine learning solutions.
• Algorithm and Model Implementation: Design algorithms, develop models, and create data pipelines for model training and production environments, including DevOps & MLOps.
• Custom Deep Learning Models: Tailor and implement Deep Learning and Generative AI models for specific use cases and technical requirements.
• R&D in AI/HPC: Conduct research on innovative AI and high-performance compute algorithms, adapting them to solve industry problems.
• Data Management: Ensure high-quality data input through preprocessing techniques, efficient storage, and retrieval mechanisms.
• Collaborative Project Execution: Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end AI projects.
• Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor, tailoring AI/ML solutions to meet client requirements and support business development initiatives.
• Team Leadership and Mentorship: Guide junior team members in AI/ML practices, staying abreast of trends to apply new technologies effectively.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java and experience with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Cloud and Big Data Expertise: Knowledge of big data and cloud platforms (e.g., Hadoop, AWS, Azure).
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Consulting Experience: Experience in client-facing roles, ideally within consulting, to deliver tailored AI/ML solutions.

Experience by Level

• Consultant Level: 4+ years in AI/ML with experience in model development and client engagement.
• Manager Level: 6+ years with proven project management skills, experience in client consulting, and technology evaluation.
• Associate Manager / Senior Manager Level: 8+ years with expertise in designing large-scale AI/ML systems, strong strategic vision, team leadership, and a consulting track record.
