Analyst – Principal Analyst (Data and Analytics Department)

Key Job Responsibilities

• AI Ecosystem Development: Lead cross-functional teams to create proofs-of-concept (POCs) and implement AI or digital solutions for transformation projects, enabling efficient deployment of AI and Generative AI.
• Project Management: Manage transformation projects from development through completion, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster alignment of project expectations and objectives across departments, including user journey development and change management.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical input on the feasibility and specifications of AI solutions, with a focus on maintaining POCs or productionized applications.
• External Collaboration: Identify and work with external partners on research, development, and deployment stages of projects.
• Research and Application: Keep up with AI advancements and integrate new findings into current projects and use cases.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or other quantitative fields.
• Proven experience in transformation and digital project management, with knowledge of data architecture, cloud technologies, AI, Generative AI, and large language models.
• Experience with digital solutions for corporate functions (finance, HR, legal, etc.) and a background in building financial models and business intelligence tools.
• Strong stakeholder and project management abilities, with excellent communication skills.
• Independent problem solver with an innovative approach and a commitment to contributing to Singapore’s energy sector.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.

Contract Terms
This position is a 3-year contract role.
