Microsoft CoPilot Studio Dev Lead

Key Job Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and challenges to recommend suitable technological solutions.
• Develop proofs of concept (POCs) and minimum viable products (MVPs) using Microsoft CoPilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Build and enhance conversational assistants and generative AI applications.
• Design bots with Microsoft CoPilot Studio, configuring topics, triggers, and responses.
• Develop plugins and connectors to extend CoPilot capabilities.
• Automate business processes using Power Platform-based solutions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Cloud technologies, including Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong programming skills in languages like C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of AI frameworks, large language models, and OpenAI.
• Experience with Microsoft CoPilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents) and Power Platform tools.
• Familiarity with Azure services (Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, etc.) for developing custom AI solutions.
• Experience in Power Platform integration with other systems via Azure or API management platforms.
• Understanding of ALM, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft AI, Power Platform, Azure, or Dynamics 365 are preferred.
