Job Description
This role involves model development, data exploration, and infrastructure support within a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning models for credit scoring, risk assessment, fraud detection, and related applications.
• Support calibration of model parameters and optimize business logic to derive meaningful insights for key business decisions.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and improvements for existing models, scorecards, and processes.
• Collaborate to create automated reports and dashboards for model performance tracking and insights.
• Maintain and enhance the infrastructure for model development, deployment, and production lifecycle.
• Automate workflows for tasks such as model training, validation, and monitoring.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in data science or related fields.
• Experience as a model developer in machine learning and statistical analysis projects.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Interest and experience in fintech and credit modeling is a plus.
