The organization is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to develop and deploy machine learning models that extract insights from large-scale data streams and integrate artificial intelligence into customer-facing products.

The successful candidate will apply advanced machine learning techniques to solve complex product challenges while collaborating with engineering, product, design, stakeholders, and customers. This role involves contributing to the full lifecycle of machine learning development, from defining success metrics and experimentation to production deployment and long-term model ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and deploy large-scale machine learning models in production systems to improve product value and customer outcomes.
• Develop AI engines and agents capable of creating and executing marketing experiences, strategies, and campaigns.
• Introduce conversational AI interfaces that help customers use products more efficiently.
• Build generative AI models capable of producing marketing content based on customer-provided context.
• Apply deep learning, recommender systems, language modeling, and other advanced machine learning techniques to product development.
• Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to solve complex technical and business problems.
• Analyze product requirements and codebases to develop effective machine learning solutions.
• Work directly with stakeholders and customers to understand challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead experimentation and rapid product development in high-impact environments.
• Define success metrics, design and analyze A/B tests, and iterate machine learning solutions based on results.
• Deploy, maintain, and continuously improve production machine learning models.
• Contribute to technical roadmaps for complex business problems involving machine learning.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to the development of machine learning expertise across teams.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related fields.
• Track record of successfully leading large-scale AI or machine learning projects deployed in products with significant user or customer impact.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
• Experience with distributed machine learning training using technologies such as Spark or Ray.
• Experience leading technical projects and collaborating effectively with engineering teams and product managers.
• Experience developing, deploying, operating, and maintaining machine learning models in production.
• Experience owning the full machine learning product lifecycle, including success metrics, experimentation, A/B testing, analysis, and iteration.
• Experience mentoring engineers or other technical team members.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced product development environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with recommendation systems, including designing, training, and deploying recommendation models.
• Experience building retrieval and ranking systems.
• Experience working in B2B environments and interacting directly with customers.
• Experience developing technical roadmaps for complex business challenges using machine learning.
• Experience fine-tuning and productionizing transformer-based models at scale.
• Experience working with large language models and generative AI technologies.
