Its AI capabilities support increasingly intelligent and personalized experiences, including product discovery and recommendations, customer support, document processing, merchant assistance, and internal developer productivity tools such as coding copilots and on-call assistants.

The organization’s Applied AI team is a multidisciplinary group of ML Engineers, Applied Scientists, Backend Engineers, Mobile Engineers, and AI Product Managers focused on developing compelling AI-driven user experiences and advancing innovation across Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Personalization and Recommendations, and Generative AI applications at global scale.

The organization is seeking a vision-driven Senior Product Manager, Generative AI to transform advances in Generative AI and Agentic AI into impactful products and experiences. The successful candidate will combine strong technical product management expertise with a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and a passion for building intuitive user experiences.

The Opportunity

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing ambitious Generative AI products designed to improve experiences for users across different product areas. The role requires translating complex and evolving user needs into valuable, measurable product features while working closely with engineering, data science, and design teams.

The successful candidate will stay current with emerging AI trends and identify opportunities to incorporate innovative technologies into the product roadmap. The role will involve moving quickly from product concepts to launches while continuously evaluating results and improving the user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and execute innovative Generative AI products for Riders, Eaters, or Drivers.
• Translate ambiguous user pain points into valuable, user-focused product features.
• Develop product strategies that deliver measurable improvements in user and business outcomes.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Design teams to bring products from concept through launch.
• Drive rapid product development and continuous iteration based on data and user feedback.
• Monitor emerging Generative AI and Agentic AI trends and incorporate relevant innovations into the product roadmap.
• Define product priorities and maintain a clear, focused roadmap.
• Use data and product metrics to evaluate performance and guide decision-making.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver AI-powered experiences at global scale.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical Product Management experience delivering highly successful machine learning products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong technical understanding of machine learning and AI technologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with highly technical engineering and data science teams.
• Experience translating user needs and business objectives into successful technology products.
• Strong product strategy, prioritization, communication, and execution skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience launching Generative AI applications or Agentic AI systems from initial concept through launch.
• Previous experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to create clarity in ambiguous environments.
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering, data science, design, and product teams.
• Exceptional prioritization and execution abilities.
• Passion for Generative AI, Agentic AI, and creating highly engaging user experiences.
