The organization is seeking a Software Engineer, Enterprise Applied AI to join its Enterprise team. This role operates at the intersection of engineering, product development, and customer success, focusing on delivering AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers.

The successful candidate will work directly with enterprise clients to design, implement, and deploy technical solutions that maximize the value of the company’s platform. The position involves architecting integrations, developing production-grade systems, deploying scalable solutions, and translating complex business requirements into impactful technical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with enterprise customers to understand technical requirements and business objectives.
  • Architect and implement custom integrations, APIs, and workflows built on top of the platform.
  • Deploy scalable solutions within customer environments and support successful launches and expansions.
  • Develop internal tools and reusable components that streamline future implementations.
  • Translate complex and ambiguous enterprise requirements into clear technical plans and production-ready systems.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders and cross-functional internal teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable systems that integrate AI-powered human intelligence into enterprise environments.
  • Drive measurable business outcomes through innovative engineering and product solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong software engineering fundamentals with proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Go, Rust, or similar.
  • Experience building, deploying, and maintaining production systems in cloud environments, including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Ability to work directly with customers and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
  • High level of ownership and the ability to operate independently while managing complex technical initiatives.
  • Experience designing scalable software architectures and delivering reliable production systems.
